InfoCision Management Corporation reaches out to diverse groups that are often overlooked in the employment process.
Specifically, the organization developed a partnership with the Cleveland Sight Center. Under the partnership, InfoCision will hire visually impaired employees who are trained by the Sight Center on special equipment that allows them to service their clients. In addition, the organization works with state agencies to employ differently-abled individuals in all areas of their organization. The organization also provides a range of job accommodations for individuals that need them. For example, their Work at Home program allows for the use of adaptive equipment. InfoCision's efforts have been recognized by the Governor's Council on People with Disabilities, Vision and Vocational Services and the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission.
Diversity is an important part of staffing at InfoCision, and certainly not limited to the disabled. The organization also works with Cleveland's El Barrio West Side Ecumenical Ministry, specifically on job placement of Latin American individuals.
