About NorthCoast 99

NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program that honors 99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio. The program was developed and is presented by ERC. ERC is Northeast Ohio’s leading and largest professional organization dedicated to HR practices, programs and services. Since 1999, hundreds of organizations have been nominated and applied for the award, and the program has recognized nearly 400 organizations for their ability to maintain great workplaces that support the attraction, retention, and motivation of Top Performers.

About the Awards Event

The NorthCoast 99 Awards event is by invitation only. The event typically sells out within a few weeks, drawing nearly nearly 850 business leaders from around Northeast Ohio. In order to hold your organization’s seats, it’s required that you send your response card and payment in full, via a check or credit card. Please note that guest names are not required at the time of response.

The event will be held Tuesday September 14th at LaCentre Conference & Banquet Facility in Westlake. Click here for directions to LaCentre from your location.

The event agenda is as follows:

5:00 Open-bar cocktail reception
6:00 Sit down dinner
7:00 – 9:00 Performance and award ceremony

Dress is business attire. The entrée will be a duet plate of filet of beef and chicken breast. If you would like to request a vegetarian entrée, please email lprcela@ercnet.org, no later than September 7th.

Please note that LaCentre is an ADA compliant facility and is fully accessible. However, the ballroom for this event is very congested with tables and chairs. If you have a guest in a wheelchair, please email lprcela@ercnet.org, so that we can seat your organization together at a table that is near a doorway.
