If it’s been in existence for at least three (3) years, has a minimum of 15 full-time (equivalent) employees in Northeast Ohio, and most importantly – has a workplace that attracts and retains great people – this award program is for you! NorthCoast 99 is the only regional workplace recognition program of its kind that allows organizations to apply at NO COST! Plus, if you apply you receive an incredible amount of summary information highlighting your organization's strengths and weaknesses relative to the winners of the program - all for free.
