2008 Top Performer Survey
All applicants for the 2008 NorthCoast 99 Award were required to identify five (5) of their organization’s Top Performers and have them complete a 10-minute online survey that asked them to select the top two most important job attributes that they look for in a job and rate their agreement with 69 statements measuring aspects of employee engagement. Of the five Top Performers, three (3) were non-management level employees. Individual responses were tabulated and summarized and the data were utilized in developing the weighting system for the 2008 NorthCoast 99 Application.
