The Research Process

The NorthCoast 99 program is a year-long process that involves a significant amount of data collection from great workplaces for top talent. As a product of this research, ERC publishes a series of summary reports related to the importance of great workplaces and what employers are doing to maintain organizations that attract, retain, and motivate great employees.
